AIFL LEADERSHIP DENOUNCE CONTINUED HAMAS AGGRESSION

The America-Israel Friendship League observed that Israel's air strikes against Hamas came after weeks and months of Hamas rockets randomly directed against civilian targets in Israel. Since Saturday, one hundred sixty rockets were fired from Gaza into Israel. More than 900 rockets have been fired from Gaza this year.

Kenneth Bialkin, Chairman of the AIFL, noted that in the face of such provocation the Israeli response was carefully directed against the planners, leaders and executors of terror and that care was taken to minimize harm to civilians.  Hamas would be well advised to take Israel's retaliation seriously instead of continuing its reckless incitement to heavier retaliation.
