Bridging together the longstanding and successful educational programs of the AIFL with new and exciting endeavors, the AIFL has created a Global Education Initiative. Serving as an umbrella for the multitude of new and existing programs, the initiative seeks to unite participants and their communities through universal education. As American school Superintendents tour the educational systems in Israel, Youth Ambassador Leaders will be hosting global web conferences while New York young professionals engage in stimulating workshops discussing diversity. Although each program operates independently from one another, they work together in the larger global picture as the participants return and inspire their communities. Uniting these programs under the Global Education Initiative illustrates the possibility and potential for bridging gaps of understanding through life long education.
